I have enjoyed every moment within the community so far, my desire is to help the community to grow and prosper further. Every day I look forward to hoping onto TeamSpeak, and into the servers with everyone, hang out play chat and have a great time. I want those who join the community to have as much fun while playing or chatting with other members as I have. To better the experience for everyone involved in public games or our modded events. I also like helping players in game with questions about the community and or server, however at this time my help is limited to technical support. If required proper help I would have to find an admin and pass the person onto them That’s why I am applying today to help welcome new members bolster our ranks and find ways of getting others involved into Zues events, Altis server, and instilling teamwork, organization, and discipline all that make the family friendly environment that we are or help them with ingame or in team speak situations if no other admins are online or free at the moment.
Being as active in TeamSpeak, I myself have noticed on several occasions people will be sitting in lobby for an extended period of time awaiting tags to join us in pilot channels and or our Zues channel’s, If I am able I would like to help speed that process up as I check every few minutes a glace into that lobby to see whom if any are waiting. Someone’s first time joining our Community channels, first experience should not be idly waiting for extended periods of time until someone process them into TeamSpeak.
8. List any real-world experience or skills that you feel would contribute to the NAK community:
United States Marine NCO Motor Transport Operator (3531 YUT!), So I have experience leading junior marines daily 24/7, however this is 6 years ago since I honorably discharged but once a Marine always a Marine. Since then I have been working for BNSF Railway as a conductor. However currently furloughed and working in a factory around heavy machinery. The reason I bring this up is due to the possible hazards that come with the job, For example working around heavy machinery, chemicals that could leak and so on. Being around this stuff requires a high level of situational awareness, attention to detail and the ability to follow hundreds of Federal laws and rules (G-Core) on a daily based. All for the last 6 years without incident.
This would also include the ability to document anything and everything related to that days current events, as a habit I now have a pen and paper always by the PC that helps to organize events long before they start (NAK OPS) for example being one or any Zues OPS that springs up. Everything combined also allows me to Multitask efficiently.
9. Estimated Activity (How active will you be as an Admin.):
Week days after work 2-4 hours, Weekends can very between 4-10 plus hours, please note at this time I have zero intentions of leaving the community for the foreseeable future
10. Briefly list what you believe is involved in being an Admin on NAK servers:
Integrity - the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness,
Commitment - To the community as a whole, Being an Admin means more reasonability, setting the standard, being more active within the community
Discipline -To Upholding the rules yourself that you are in charge of enforcing/instructing everyone else to follow
As well as the ability to admit ones on mistakes, What sets a true person apart from others is knowing when or if you are in the wrong, BUT having the motivation, the maturity to learn from those mistakes and keep pressing forward overall bettering yourself as a whole, We are human at the end of day and we learn new things daily no one situation is ever truly the same. The saying its not about how you fall, Its about how many times your willing to stand back up is fitting here.
11. Provide any other information that might help us decide why you should be an Admin:
I often find myself stepping up for roles within Zues missions and NAK OPS. Prime example on days of major events such as NAK OPS for example, I like to arrive a few hours early during the time whom ever is leading the OPS are in the process of setting up. To work out what equipment will be needed and help organize squad sizes and compositions. So when members start arriving we have the ability to plug them into the roles that they desire. In the hopes of helping the OP run smoother and start on time. I am a decent leader and set the example when leading and or instructing folks. Can make decisions in the heat of the moment calmly and collectively, being able to read a situation in a glace and making a solid decision with everything presented and known at the time. I do not see myself above others when in charge or in a leadership position, we work as a team and always willing to listen to others input and suggestions and ideas.
