Arma 3 DLC Bundle 2 - CONTEST - **UPDATED**

GIVE-AWAY - DLC BUNDLE 2 DATES UPDATED

It’s that time of the year where giving gifts, doing good deeds, acts of kindness and simply being a decent human go a long way. I recently retired from the service after 20 years and had a tradition every year in my old work center that I would do something for the NCO’s that I supervised. It was usually a small gift card or something personal that I knew about them.

Well, I’m a little lost this year…so I decided to extend my tradition to the NAK Community.

I am personally gifting TWO of the ARMA III DLC BUNDLE 2 to a couple lucky soul’s. This includes Jets, Laws of War, Tac-Ops (just released) and Tanks (est. Q1 2018).

Here who is eligible;
Actively plays on the NAK Servers

schedule message to all nak server should do the job .

Even though I am not eligible for Chucks contest I thought I would post a reply to give a little insight into me and tell everyone about an experience that changed my life.

When I turned 30 I decided that I was going to work for myself. I spent about 2 years getting ready to quit my job, saving money, creating the business plan, and learning everything I could to run a successful business. Well to make a long story short about two years in, I was having a hard time putting food on the table for my family, and I had to go to a food bank. I felt bad for many reasons, one of which was taking something for nothing. I know that the food banks are there for that reason, but male pride often gets in the way. To make myself feel better about the situation. I contacted the food bank and told them what I did for a “living” and that I would like to volunteer some time helping with their computers around the office.

I only needed the use the food bank for a couple hard months but I continued to volunteer at the food bank, and began volunteering at other non-profits in my area. I felt good helping the individuals in my community as they helped me. I eventually made many contacts through my volunteer work that I was not only able to start making money to support my family but I was able to expand the business. Without doing the volunteer work I do not think that my company would be as successful as it is today.

To this day I continue to volunteer at non-profits in my community, My family and I personally know how much these organizations can help change the lives of those in need.

I may or may not be eligible for this contest. But I will post a story as well and leave it up to you chuck.

My name is Brenden That’s not hidden. My name on the community is SGT. Meister I haven’t been around for more then 3-4 months now maybe less. But in that time I’ve gotten to know more then one of the admins very well and more then about 100 people who are always happy to see me join. Even if they are constantly asking me to run Delta <3. Regardless I wasn’t always able to say things like this. I used to have a very hard time talking to people. Which is probably surprising to many. I grew up an outcast fighting for my life since day one. And no matter where I went it was hard for me to make “Friends” More than making friends I got into fights. This made it hard for me to approach people or even people to talk to me. Up until I was about 14. Around that time I started doing volunteer work for a local church. And I couldn’t have been happier always loved helping people in any way that I could, It’s just who I am. I did that for almost 5 years and only stopped recently. But I would do there sound for music I would do there Computer work and I would refill food and drinks. Even going as far as helping plan for events which I would help run. I loved it so much. And I finally started to fit in somewhere. But doing all of that really made me who I am today always helping with other peoples community’s weather it be admining for them helping them with their rules or just anything. I can’t get enough. Doing volunteer work or just helping people in general is what I live for. Because of me just looking for somewhere to fit in I have now turned into someone who is well respected and well liked wherever I got no matter the game no matter the community no matter the situation. All because I didn’t fit in. The worst situations in life, can turn out to be the best things for your life. So no matter how hard things are getting no matter how bad it seems now. It may very well lead to the best things you are going to get in life. Just have to stay strong and keep on fighting!

This is just one of the many stories I have. I don’t have any of the DLC Including laws of war. Never received a vac ban or game ban. And I do play actively on NAK As it is my home for arma 3.

Steam Community :: TheBrenMeister That’s my steam profile for you chuck. And name on the forms is TheBrenMeister.

PS. Delta boys forever! This is all.

As a reminder - this contest is going through the weekend - It does not take much to submit here - it’s that time of the year and there has been way too much BAD shit over social media and the news - I hope to hear some inspiring stories from the NAK community! Your submissions can be a private message to me - you are not obligated to post them here.!!

Chuck, I submitted mine via PM.

DUE TO LACK OF SUBMISSIONS - I AM OFFICIALLY CLOSING THE CONTEST AT THIS TIME AND WILL CONTACT THE WINNING ENTRIES BY TOMORROW EVENING - IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A MEMBER ADD ON STEAM, PLEASE ADD ME BACK SO I CAN ENSURE YOU ARE CONTACTED.

Congrats to TheBrienMeister and Phantom for being selected as the winners of my DLC Bundle 2 Give-A-Way. Your stories were compelling and thoughful and I hope for continued good fortunes with you both.

I appreciate all those who took the time to submit something. While I did not have quite the amount of entries I would have liked, I did receive some good insight and thoughtful stories about some of the members of the NAK community. In the end, we are all human beings who come to together to share a common game, regardless of who we are in this world.

I thoroughly appreciate it chuck. I’m horribly sadden to see you go. Going to miss flying my wipeout with you flying your hellcat on the run way lol. But I wish you well with you’re new job, and hope it makes your life better!
