This means that you are connecting to TeamSpeak with the name TeamSpeak User. You need to connect to the server with the name that matches you in game name. On the connect screen it will ask for:

Server Nickname or Address enter " ts3.naksquad.net" without quotes. For Server Password leave blank and for Nickname enter your in-game name.
