  7. ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED:
    I literally was joking around with a friend and called him a “fatass” because his big ass tank flung my pickup HMG into a chopper. It was purely just a joke and I instantly got banned within 30 seconds without any warning or talk to prior. I also feel it’s ridiculous that the admin immediately jumped to ban me for an entire 24 hours without even knowing the situation. Obviously, this shouldn’t be a ban but here’s my appeal to make it official.

You receive a warning when you joined the server and agreed to the server rules. The rules are presented when you join, on the billboards at spawn, on the map, and in the map diary. We can not force you to read the rules we present, but we can and will enforce them.

You were also warned about your language at 4:34 PM when you typed ‘(Direct) Dylan: whats the fucking button’ We immediately sent the warning at 4:34 PM ‘(To Dylan) Dylan please watch your language the server has automated kick triggers for language.’

We understand that players will curse periodically but when it is directed at a player, it is verbal abuse (joke or not), and the rules will be enforced. The 1-day ban will stand.
