  7. ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED: the admin was telling someone else to stop pressing Y and me being new to the server I wanted to see what Y does so I pressed it once and they I guess the admin thought I was the person who was spamming it and banned me???

You clearly ignored the admins command. I had just said that I was going to ban the next player, and you felt that that was a good time to try it. The ban for 1 day will stand. I you wanted to know what it did, you were in TS, you could have asked.
