- THE SERVER YOU WERE ON WHEN YOU WERE BANNED: NAK#1 Altis, Invade&Annex
- ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED:
I legit went to the bathroom for a break and when i came back i was banned from the server by rule #6. going to the bathroom is not a not against any rule and also we can’t get banned for going to the bathroom. And to be exact i was customizing my load out for the A-10 plane and then i proceed to go to the bathroom before i took off because if i took off in a plane i will keep flying for like 10 min straight without even stopping. so when i came back from the bathroom i was kicked off the server and banned.
Leaving your keyboard, at all, while in the pilot role is against the server rules (highlighted below). We in no way are saying you can not leave your keyboard, but when you do you must leave the pilot role. The fact that you were in a vehicle preventing other players from using it while you were AFK made it a double rule violation of Rule #11 and Rule #6. I gave you ample time to reply in-game and in TeamSpeak, even moving you into another channel to speak with you and poke you. I will often reduce a ban when someone acknowledges their error, but as you feel that you did not break the server rules the ban will stand as is.
RULE #11) NO PILOTS, UAV OPERATOR, OR ATC MAY PLAY WITHOUT BEING ON NAK SQUAD TEAMSPEAK SERVER (EXCLUDING NAK ELITE). NO PILOT MAY BE AFK. NO PLAYERS IN THE “PILOTS” CHANNEL MAY MUTE ALL COMMUNICATION.
1st Offense: Written warning.
2nd Offense: Kick from the server.
3rd Offense: 1-hour ban.
There are a limited number of Pilot roles on our servers. We require that if you are in one of these roles, that you are logged into the NAK Squad TeamSpeak server (ts3.naksquad.net). You must be in the Pilots channel for the server you are on and your in-game name and TeamSpeak nickname must match. It is also required that any pilot in one of these roles, not be AFK (away from keyboard), you must be able to respond when requested to do so by a NAK Admin. NAK Elite are not required to be in TeamSpeak if they are using their NAK Elite tag or add [NAK Elite] after their profile name.
why am i still banned from the server?
The ban was not lifted. It is set to expire on 06/11/2020 at 8:43 PM ET.
