Hi sir, i have the problem of being banned for calling a bots “gooks” i never think this was a bad word or being very offensive :shock: , English is not my first language, can u do something for me please, i appreciate your help. :smiley:

Please use this format:

  1. Exact in game name. (Yes, we will know if you attempted to change your name, all aliases are bound to your steam account, so give us all of your aliases)
  2. Player Steam profile copy here (ex:Steam Community :: claws01)
  3. Screenshot, or word for word the ban message given upon entering.
  4. Name of the admin, and approximate time of ban and the server you were banned from.
  5. Any explanation or justification. Reason the ban should be lifted.

I know that english is not your primary language, but you are playing on an english speaking server, therefore it is important that you understand the server rules.

The word you used is considered extremely offensive. From Merriam-Webster dictionary
offensive
—used as an insulting and contemptuous term for a nonwhite, non-American person and especially for an Asian person.

My concern is this is your 3rd ban for inappropriate language, so I think a 7 day ban is fair.

you need to be much more careful in the language you use on the server. The next ban for inappropriate language is likely to be permanent.

I don’t remember the message but it’s battleyes message that say’s you have been banned for 7 day’s for bad word or something.
Battleye’s system or your server list of bad words.
I was speaking to another pilots and tell em to use the cannon and kill the “gooks”, like say English is not my first language i have no idea its was very offensive.

That is not cool, it was never the means of harassing someone and insulting someone, if we cannot say any bad word in this world it’s called fascism, yes you have to make the server free of troll or harassment but you have to be fair on the same side. did it was my intent to hurt or being inappropriate no. so you can hold this ban for 7 day’s i will not connect my self anymore. Bye.
