To be entirely honest I have no clue why I was banned. Approximately 6 minutes before the server restart, I went afk to go eat dinner and even said I was going afk in TS. When I came back a little after 9, it said I was banned for rule #13 verbal abuse and that I was also banned from the TS. Maybe I got mistaken for someone else? I have no clue. The only situation that could come to mind is that I made a joke shikra call out on TS as JTAC in reference to all the intense CAP callouts that were going on. I don’t think that is ban-able, but if it is then I understand. I don’t have a clue why I was banned though, because I was afk. And because I was afk, its not like I could speak for myself in TS or wherever it came from.
Side note: This has nothing to do with the appeal, but I just wanted to say that being banned without reason(from my perspective right now) normally wouldn’t be an issue because its whatever just take it on the chin and move on. However, because I am playing a lot of NAK right now and trying to be NAK elite, the 90 day blacklist sucks. Would be nice to talk to g0lden and see what happened or get to the bottom of this, but again I cant because I was banned for a day. Ohpa
I received a complaint from a very well trusted player that you were making fun of another player for having a speech impediment. I tried to pull you up to a help room to talk to you in person but you were unavailable.
I also talked to the person in question who confirmed you made fun of them for having a speech impediment.
I can’t even begin to express my complete and utter disgust at someone who would make fun of another person’s disability. You can be lucky this isn’t a permanent ban since you refuse to acknowledge that you’ve done anything wrong. I can’t even begin to comprehend what kind of person you are for how you treat others. You’re going to have to offer some serious proof other than you vaguely remember a joke shikra call out.

Even though I am sure I would never do such a thing on purpose because I quite enjoy playing on the NAK community and am simply not that kind of person, if possible I would like to know who I offended so that I may apologize to them for coming off in a disrespectful manner. I am 100% sure that I would never do such a thing. I work with kids that have mental disabilities to help them integrate into social life at my highschool, and understand how disrespectful it can be to make fun of someone with an issue because I have had to deal with how it effects those involved firsthand. Though I defend my character, I would still like to make this right with the person so they understand that if anything I said came off that way, it was not meant. I apologize for making your blood boil, g0lden.
