  7. ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED: I was driving an APC down the road per Smurf’s request during a zeus operation. I turned a corner and as I did so I might have clipped EvoTuxedo with my front side of the vehicle, but yet again, I notified him to get out the way and honked the vehicle horn several times to alert him. Yet, he still ran into the back of my vehicle after getting clipped. After that, the zeus had revived him and he had gotten up, and said “Ay dont f***'ing hit me again.” Which I then replied with “Sorry, didn’t see you. Try not to run into me next time.” After I had said that, he had then said “Hit me again and i’m gonna f*** your mom.” And that’s when i turned out of the vehicle after I heard him say this and said “What the hell did you just say?” And he said “That vehicle is bigger than your f***'ing mother, keep it moving.” And that’s where I then said “Ay, don’t talk about my mom.” And he then said “Or what.” and that’s when I told him “Shut up bro.” Then, after that the altercation stopped. I don’t know if his side is the same as mine, but I know I didn’t get out of line with him in any way other than telling him to shut up. Which I am sorry for. And for the griefing, it was not intentional at all. I didn’t even know EvoTuxedo prior to this incident, nor have we even talked or typed to each other prior to the incident. I am really annoyed and pissed about this situation as I feel I took all the necessary steps NOT to get into any trouble with the admins.

After the argument that followed the ramming incident, you proceeded to harass EvoTuxedo verbally in which he did not engage. Also, you were lone wolfing and wasting assets. Due to the previous infractions and the multiple offenses, the 7-day ban will remain.
