i got banned without a warning or a kick off the server for rule #11 and its not even an hour ban its a day ban please unban or update your rules whichever one

how does one severely break rule 11 by not being in the teamspeak, i was communicating with teammates via text and voice chat. also following up on strafing and bombing runs where the people were marking on the map you can check the text log or whatever to see me communicating with them. its a 24 hour ban so thats 24x more than the 3rd offense which i don’t think it was that severe considering that i was communicating with ground troops and listening to their orders. in game name brody, player id: 76561198142342518
1st and 2nd offense were completely ignored and straight up gave me a 24 hour ban for simply not being in teamspeak. the admin did not communicate me whatsoever and i got blindsided when flying a helicopter and then out of nowhere it says i was banned for 24 hours for rule 11. so “The level of punishment is at the discretion of the Admin and will be based on the severity of the action” makes no sense and is a loophole for the admins to ban whoever they want as long they want which is just an abuse of power all i ask is at least give me a warning of not being in the teamspeak before i get a 24 hour ban which again is 24x the 3rd offense.

I called your name 3 times in Side-chat warning you prior to me reporting you.
You had also wasted Helis at Rotor Aircraft spawn, I had 3-4 people in TeamSpeak also who called out you for wasting assets.
You ignored 3 warnings with your name In CAPS in Side-chat so which then I reported you. An admin DID say to you in chat listing out the Rule of where all Vortex/UAV pilots MUST be in Teamspeak, Addressing you and putting the rule out in chat.
You were given 4 warnings and did not pay attention to them nor acknowledge them being said to you.
Some people also said you have been doing it for some time before I caught you. It’s just a 24hr. Take some time to cool off and learn from it.
As a member of the community, I had to report you because it was Waste Of Assets someone else could have used, and the fact that it’s not tolerated that all Non-NAK ELITE Pilots/UAV OPS MUST Be on TeamSpeak 3 To Coordinate with JTACs/TACPs and ATC.
Bottom line this ban will stand as is.
You need to understand something right off, this is a server run by NAK where we choose to allow players to play here. If you do not like our rules and the way that we enforce them you are welcome to play elsewhere. This is not your first interaction with admins and you were warned multiple times on multiple occasions. You were originally informed about the rule on 5/25. An admin informed you to join TS, you asked “wats the taemspeak” the information was provided to you, we gave you time to connect but choose not to, and continued to fly until you logged off. (This is your first violation of rule #11)
Then on 6/01 you connected at 4:20 PM, you were given the warnings below at 5:04 and 5:11 before disconnecting at 5:19. (This is your second violation of rule #11)

You have connected to the server multiple times and were in the pilot role while not being in TeamSpeak, each time it was a violation of the server rules, so in fact, this is your 3rd violation for rule #11 and a 1-day ban is appropriate. If you continue to violate the server rules you will be banned from the server permanently, in accordance with the server rules. ““Continued violation of any rules may be met with a permanent ban.””
The primary reasons why this ban was escalated was the repeated warnings and the fact that the last time this player was “getting on” TeamSpeak he was only pretending to do so and continued flying.
This player shows a disturbing lack of care for our server rules as they ignore all players and admins until they get into trouble and then accept no responsibility.
I fully recommend a permanent ban with continued violations in accordance with our guidelines
during 6/01 the “i continued to fly until i logged off” was false, i timed out because i use a program called geforce now which only has a 10 minute afk timer thing, i use this program because i am not on a pc. so i was searching up videos on how to work teamspeak because obviously as you can tell I’ve never used the program before and the tutorials i was watching were for microsoft so i got confused on how to use it because the interfaces are different than on a mac computer so obviously im going to struggle until i gave up on how to use it. just recently i found out how to use teamspeak because of a altis life server where the admins were actually helpful and walked me through on how to use teamspeak and such. on the day of my ban you cant expect me to be staring at the side chat while flying a helicopter and getting shot at, and also the chat is constantly moving with people joining and leaving and modified files or whatever and the deathfeed of players as well so it would’ve gaven me only a couple of seconds to even see the warning which i wasn’t looking because i was busy in combat or on my phone waiting for another helicopter to spawn in. you shouldve kicked me from the server and gave me a message on the kick notification thing then i would understand because i haven’t played on this server for over a month and i don’t get how you’re going to expect me to memorize the rules if i haven’t played for a month and when i did play i played for around 40-50 minutes which is such a small fragment of the month that followed.
so you’ve had 2 admins address my teamspeak situation yet both did not follow through with the 2nd offense of kicking me and giving me a notification about rule 11
i take responsibility of breaking rule 11 but your admins should also take responsibility of not following the offenses chronologically and instead of making bullcrap assumptions like when golden said “repeated warnings and the fact that the last time this player was “getting on” TeamSpeak he was only pretending to do so and continued flying” but keep in mind that i have to download teamspeak and then watch a tutorial on actually how to use it so when my game timed out for being afk i didn’t feel like starting the game back up so i just logged off and didn’t return to the server and forgot about the server until i found your server again yesterday where i thought the mods on it were cool so i played for a long time yesterday. you never confirmed with me that i even saw the warning with he dynamic chat of players constantly getting incapacitated and dying and people joining and leaving thats like giving a warning shot to a deaf person. with golden not knowing if a player even acknowledged a warning and banning them for 24 hours just shows how much the admins care about their community. and also golden claims that i ignore other fellow players even though i explained that i followed through with airstrikes when i asked them they asked for it in side chat 
and if you say i have bad memory then i ask you what did you eat a month ago for dinner, you probably wouldn’t remember even though my play time on 6/01 was the equivalent to the amount of time i eat dinner so obviously i won’t remember this server or the warning. so golden wants me perm banned because he’s just salty i called him out instead of changing you guys decide to cover each others asses and ban whoever is in opposition because your afraid of confronting each other and thats why your server pop is 37 in total out of the 9 servers that you are running this is according to battle metrics of course. furthermore, golden also claims that i ignore admins, until i get in trouble, i didn’t even realize i was doing something wrong because the way you warn people is through side chat where everyone is dying and getting incapacitated is really bad, i cant scroll up in chat and see what you guys said so once 5 seconds is over the message is gone and i wouldn’t even realize that it was there in the first place. if anything you could’ve used voice chat because i was using voice communication and could’ve addressed me there but you decide to type in side chat because 200 iq
Vile you are the head admin here and you know what course of action I will take if this player carries on so please decide.
He ignored everyone in side chat and the admins in global chat. He talked about joining TeamSpeak in the first confrontation we had and then continued to fly afterwards. You have received many warnings and I see you disconnecting before a kick can be put in place as kick / ban dodging. These are facts that are backed up by the server logs.
You trying to get a rile out of me changes nothing. I don’t believe in extending bans when someone has made an appeal except in extreme circumstances. If you would like to find out what extreme circumstances are then please carry on insulting admins and NAK as a whole. You are a guest on our servers. It is not your right to play on them. We can deny you service for ANY reason.
All I have said is please enjoy your time on NAK servers but you are on notice. If you fail to abide by our rules I believe you don’t belong on our servers.

This carries on and on and you respond without fail. You have no problems seeing these messages even with the joining / leaving messages as well as other comms in between. When comms gets spammed with your name you magically don’t see it.

If this is the case you should have left the pilot role, until you were ready to join TeamSpeak

It is not our job to confirm that you read the messages, they were sent to you personally and would have appeared different from all other messages. This is one of the reasons that we require pilots to be in TeamSpeak so they do not have the excuse that they did not see the messages.

We post that pilots must be on TeamSpeak where you select the pilot role. We have you agree to the server rules every time you connect to the server. We post the rules on the billboards at each spawn point. We post the rules in the “diary”, map information screen. We have the rules posted on our website. We can not force a player to read the rules, but we can force a player to follow them, by kicking and banning them.

He is recommending a perm ban if you continue to ignore the server rules, which is in accordance with our rules. The problem here is you do not seem to want to follow the rules. I clearly pointed out each time you violated our rules, and therefore the ban was appropriate. By banning you for a day we are sure that you have not missed the message again.

The NAK invade and annex server is ranked #47 of the 8871, Arma servers running and we are #2 in Invade and Annex servers (from BattleMetrics). Just to be clear that is in the top .5% (see IQ statement below)The 9 servers are not real servers they are instances, that are used for testing and special events, the servers are up for a short time and taken down. We are currently running 4 servers right now.

We do not warn players in side chat , they are sent as a private message so that they appear differently. You can, in fact, scroll back in the chat using PGUP, with the chat open. But this still does not explain why you ignored the other places the rules are posted. See point 5 again.

This is actually a compliment but I think you meant it as an insult. An IQ of 200 is genius level.
Final note
I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that you will be perm banned in the near future. Instead of just following the rules you want to make excuses. Any further rule violations, at all, and you will be banned permanently.
