- It says i was banned for wasting server assets but in the rules section on the website, that inst a prema banned offence.
You were banned permanently because this was your 5th ban in 2 months. If you review the server rules that you are referring to it also says. “The level of punishment is at the discretion of the Admin, and will be based on the severity of the action.” and “Continued violation of any rules may be met with a permanent ban.”
I would say the 5 bans in 2 months is continued violation of any rules . If that is your only justification I am going to deny the appeal.
I don’t remember being banned 5 times. Plus this was over a year ago and I’m sure that I learned my lesson. Lifting this ban would be greatly appreciated. I really don’t have any justification on it. The only thing that I can say is I was a dumbass and didnt really care about much.
Looking at the comments of your previous bans, I feel that you were given more than ample opportunities to change your behavior, yet you choose not to. I believe that a permanent ban in your case is the correct action. I am going to deny the appeal.
