You were initially banned because of your actions on the teamspeak. Upon review, including another misconduct report about your misconduct in the zeus teamspeak and a review of your chatlogs in which you were enforcing rules upon other players, your punishment has been extended to indefinitely.
Sadly we deem that you no longer fit in our community. We wish you the best in finding a new server to play on.

First of, listed on top of the rules page: The level of punishment is at the discretion of the admin, and will be based on the severity of the action. If you break multiple rules your punishment may run consecutively.

As you are not an admin, you cannot enforce rules as this is considered impersonating an admin(Rule #2) which in its own warrants a permanent ban. Shooting down friendlies is also not allowed (Rule #3).
Regardless of all the other rule violations, it is very clear that you do not respect NAK Squad if you start telling players they receive virusses on our servers. At the end of the day, NAK Squad is run by a group of dudes that like to play arma 3 in an easygoing way. It has been decided to open up the server that is being paid for by claws and Vileace for other players, but its a private server, comparable to owning a home. We can and will restrict any player that we do not want on the server, as stated again in the rules page: NAK Squad reserves the right to refuse access/service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

At this point I am going to end this conversation. I have stated what your ban was for, the reasoning behind keeping your current ban in place and what the outcome is.
