  6. THE SERVER YOU WERE ON WHEN YOU WERE BANNED: Possibly Altis Invade and Annex public server.

  7. ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED: I’m not sure when I ever recruited. It has been probably a year if not 2 since Ive played on Nak Squad Servers and I never recruited. I had played on your servers a lot almost every week. Plus I never recruit in public servers as 9/10 times people are already in a unit.

Note: I never knew about this ban until I went to join the server today. Like I said it has been a few years but I have never recruited on public servers.

Also forgot to put this in. I have never had an incidents with the Nak Community, and am very confused on why I was banned when I have never done any of this stuff and havent been on a server in years. Also I was never talked to or anything as I pilot on public servers so I was on Teamspeak. I was never talked to or anything and the ban had to have happened while I was off server.

This is clearly recruiting, so the ban will remain.

Hey so for others that see this. I have been banned for something that I never did.

I was banned for something I did not do. When I went to speak to staff about it in person after not being on there server for over a year and not being notified at all. They brushed it off and pretty much treated me like a waste of time. I would like to speak to higher staff about the situation in teamspeak. As I was banned from that because I went to go talk to staff.

I never did anything wrong or broke any rules and this is extremely unfair and unprofessional of the staff team.

I am the one you spoke to in TeamSpeak and I am the one that runs the servers on a day to day basis. We have absolute proof that your account recruited on our TeamSpeak server on or around June 16, 2018 at 13:23:42. Even if we did not we reserve the right to deny access to anyone at any time for any reason. The owner of the account is responsible for all actions taken on the account. There is no way for NAK Squad to identify the individual behind an account, therefore a ban will not be lifted because someone else was using your account if this is your justification. I am now banning your website account for multiple posts and trying to bypass our approval process. As you are banned permanently from our servers there is no justification to keep the website account. “Punishment enforced one server will carry over to all NAK servers.”
