ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED:Before the Ban I was kicked for asking people for drugs in spawn I heard no one saying stop and my communication and game audio was all the way up, But apparently the Admin Carter was telling me to stop harassing. Friends on discord claimed they heard him though so I guessed it was on my end.I re-logged back in and friends claimed he was telling to play the game this time so I did.I went to the HALO jump,jumped and didn’t release my parachute in time so I was incapacitated and tried to respawn before I was banned for “greifing”.My friend in game name inoua was there and in the discord.I was not in the servers ts3 or was using any mods.I was in direct communications chat. While asking people for drugs and when relogged.

The reason for the ban was that several players in spawn including me were asking you to stop with the soundboard. The use of any language that includes drug use or any illegal activity is prohibited. The fact that i did not hear you talk about drugs until now makes me want to extend the ban, but i hope there is no reason in the future to do so… After reconnecting you were still doing the same thing. The fact that you never HALO jumped tells me something about your character, because whilst i was writing the ban you were infront of me.

To address your first point of soundboard usage I do not understand even how to do that.I was using the direct comms and in a discord.Plus if you read the complete report I made I could not hear anyone in game with max audio and and comm sounds.Yes I was talking about drugs and I will apologize for my poor language.I did use the HALO Jump you were probably in the admin menu banning me by the time I fell and got incapacitated check logs.I do not like claiming I’m a liar that tells me something about YOUR character as an admin.If you ask the man Inoua the guy I was in the squad he can attest to the HALO jump.
