6. Recommendation from existing Admin (if applicable):
N/A
7. Reason for applying: (If your answer to this is anything like “to get rid of trolls” please reconsider your application)
My reasoning to apply is because I have become to love the NAK community and I want to give back to the community. I feel as though this is my way giving back. I want to offer everything I have gotten and learned into the NAK community. I want NAK to be a safe environment and to have everyone have an amazing NAK experience as I have had. I also would like to assist in the background and help be the backbone of the NAK Community. I also want to help uphold the NAK Rules and Guidelines, and to carry my leadership capabilities into the NAK Command and to be a positive leader and supporter to the NAK community.
As well to be completely honest, I love NAK and the family based community and being able to just chat with people and to learn from others and being able to teach others as well. I have always loved NAK Squad and would like to advance in the community.
8. List any real-world experience or skills that you feel would contribute to the NAK community:
This here is a difficult question, I do not have IT experience nor technical experience, although I do have experiences in other fields. I have been in the Healthcare Workforce for about 2-3 years now. So I know I can comfortably handle difficult situations, people, Collogues and Co-Workers. I have learned to listen, and to assist people in whatever they need, and to do the best I can do to assist them. Especially in my workforce, I work in the Memory Care Unit at a Alzheimer Facility. I do have my High School Diploma, and I am going to College Majoring in Pre-Medicine/Medical Studies.
I feel as though I should mention, I recently attended the Oregon Army National Guard CHS School. At that school I was at a Military Base, with SDI, DI’s and Veterans 24/7 for 6 months. There I have learned the effectiveness of self-discipline, job skills, and so much more skills I have learned from that school.
My Cadre said it best:
"Since his arrival, Victor has been a positive role model for other cadets to emulate. He has learned and displayed many quality traits that are so important to a leader. He has held cadet leadership positions within a platoon of 30 cadets. He has led by example; he is reliable, dependable, honest, loyal, and displays impeccable integrity. He is a mature even-tempered person who uses common sense and thinks things through before acting. He is very good at multi-tasking and prioritizing his workload. He accomplished all tasks on time both in and out of the classroom, producing quality work with a lot of attention to detail.
Victor has only been at Youth Challenge for a short of time, but he has earned my respect for his ability to learn quickly, work with limited or no supervision, always being safety conscious and producing results.
In my opinion, Victor Ferrin is a solid young man and would be an asset to any school, team or organization. He gives 100 percent and is always ready to assist others when needed."

9. Estimated Activity (How active will you be as an Admin.):
My activity as an Administrator if selected, would be able to be online and actively interacting with the NAK Community would be around 15-25 Hours Weekly. I will have to work around College. Other than that, on my free time I enjoy being in the NAK TeamSpeak and Servers, especially enjoying everyone’s company.
10. Briefly list what you believe is involved in being an Admin on NAK servers:
- Being Responsible
- Life Coping Skills
- Job Skills
- Maturity
- Knowledge
- To oversee NAK Servers and Communication Server
- To be a Leader & Follower
- To assist and to support their superiors and other fellow Admins
- Something I learned in Military School is to: Follow Orders, and question later in a responsible matter
11. Provide any other information that might help us decide why you should be an Admin:
I have been editing codes, mainly LUA for the ROBLOX Developer Community for some time now, and have now recently left that community and now transferring over to the GTA V Coding and Discord Development. I have been a leader in several gaming communities, such as Lead Administrator, Moderator, and Owner. Throughout my education life, I have held several leadership positions, such as ASB Vice President, 1ST PLT Cadet Platoon Leader, 3RD Squad Leader, and Manager at the Avamere Health Services.
This is a reapply. I have been doing some college and I still have a BUTT LOAD of free time on my hands. I’ve been on top of my school work. And with further consideration, I know I will be able to handle the workload as a NAK Administrator, and the furthermore responsibilities that it holds.
