i would like you to add this mod because i can not use the earplugs you have in the server so i cant hear anyone and it really sucks and the reason i cant use the earplugs in your server is because i dont have a insert button

Denied. It is built into the server, and has multiple keys to be used (Insert is an option, but also the pause break key).
