Could’ve sworn I saw other players using them but I don’t see them on the list of approved mods.
They are both server-side mods and on Altis we do not use server-side mods. On Tanoa we have scripts that do similar functions, but again they are server-side therefore the client does not need any mods to use them. As Advanced Rappelling and Advanced Urban Rappelling are server-side they are not allowed on the clients.
