Keep failing the side mission (deliver intel to new FOB)

I noticed, after 2 times completing the side mission where we deliver the intel from Base HQ to Nychi’s beach, we keep failing the mission even though we manage to deliver it without getting the boat destroyed. It only said failed, but the mission continued and we now need to deliver the intel from Nychi’s beach to the airfield North of Abdera. After delivering we still failed the mission. Any idea?
