Submitted to calendar for approval. Updated five(ish) paragraph order:
Two days ago, the FIA conducted an assault on the village of Frini, killing 7 AAF solders an 3 IDAP humanitarian workers. A 4th IDAP worker, James GRACE, was captured by the FIA.
Yesterday, the FIA live-streamed proof-of-life and demanded all NATO forces immediately leave Altis within 72 hours. Failure to comply with the demand will result in Hill’s execution.
HUMINT assets have identified Hill’s approximate location in the town of SYRTA
A. Enemy Forces
Enemy’s Composition, Disposition, Strength
(a) FIA fighters have been observed manning an improvised checkpoint on the southwest road into Syrta in irregular shifts of three (3) to five (5) at a time.
(b) FIA fighters have appropriated the abandoned FIA command post on the southwest edge of Syrta, adjacent to the improvised checkpoint. SIGINT confirms they are using the cargo tower as a command, control, and communications center.
(c) FIA fighters are self-basing in civilian structures throughout the village
(d) FIA is presently using Agios Dioysios as their command and logistics hub and have staged a quick reaction force (QRF) consisting of approximately 1-2 groups of platoon strength irregulars with technical-type vehicles.
Enemy’s Capabilities & Limitations:(DRAW-DG) Defend, Reinforce, Attack, Withdraw, Delay, Gas
Enemy forces have limited transportation capabilities within Syrta and will likely seek to delay the rescue team to allow the Agios Dioysios QRF to deploy.
Alternatively, HUMINT indicates FIA forces may try to exfil GRACE if the rescue team is compromised prior to contact, destination unknown.
Enemy’s Most Likely Course Of Action (EMLCOA)
(a) FIA forces will likely deploy their QRF from Agios Dionysios once the rescue team makes contact or is compromised. Estimated deployment time is 10-15 minutes.
B. Friendly Forces
