I have played Arma 3 for a long time now and know how most things work eg; how uav works and how to fix some bugs they may have, like the uav helicopter when it stops taking commands and spins around.
I think being able to know what bugs do what and how to fix them may help people play the game and to not go straight to blowing it up

i enjoy playing on this server and i think that i may be able to help the people who play on NAK to be able to have a better experience on the server.
List any real world experience or skills that you feel would contribute to the NAK community:
I am studding level 2 public survives in college so i know a bit on how to deal with people and know what is acceptable to say without offending them eg; religion, race or beliefs.
I am also good at de-escalate situation and keeping calm.

I am on this server a lot but steam says i’m on arma 80h withing 2 weeks and most of that time is on NAK anyway so mostly 2/3 hours a day or 2.

i believe being an admin means you help the community with the problems they may have.

I do try and help people sometimes but most of the time they don’t listen eg; asking people not to take the tow hemtt and explain why and tell them where they can get tanks and that.
I have dealt with arguments in the past mostly about vehicle theft when, one pilot was going to steal a jet from someone who was waiting their and started to argue in TS although i got them to calm down and explained to him way he was in the wrong, after a few minutes the people in TS started to calm down and he went to find a new plan or something but as he did nothing wrong but start a argument and did not say anything offensive their was no need for a admin. (i don’t have names this was some time ago)

I see that you have updated the application, which is fine, but I think you are still missing the mark. I would like to talk to you about your application. Poke me in TeamSpeak sometime.
I recommend you, spend some time talking to the current admins about what is it like to be an admin, what is involved and why they became admins. Think about why you really want to be an admin, and make sure you are ready for the sacrifices you will have to make in order to be an admin. I do not want to discourage anyone from becoming an admin, we could you all the help we can get, but there is a lot involved to be a NAK admin.
The last concern I have about your application, is that you have a ban on 10/4/18 for Verbal Abuse in TS. One of the requirements for becoming an admin is to have “No bans on NAK Squad servers”. We can work with this, but I need to be 100% sure that you are going to represent NAK Squad and NAK Command in a positive light.
My recommendation, would be to withdraw your application and reapply once the ban issue has been dealt with and you have a better understanding of why you want to be an admin and what is involved. I personally am looking for individuals that have given all they can to NAK squad and the community as a player, and they want to give more.
I haven’t edited the post since you 1st made a comment on it as i was thinking it was not allowed, but i have edited it before you commented on it because i made a mistake on the date of birth putting the 25/6 and not 26/5.
I did try and message you to see if i can make some changes on it but left it as i didn’t get a reply ( i’m not sure on how the privet messaging thing works)

I was just thinking mostly helping out as sometimes when people need an admin the best i can do is to tell them to type admin in chat and report what the person is doing, or if they need to be pulled from TS lobby and put in pilot TS.
also did not know about the ban on TS if its new then maybe i left my mic on when i was AFK and someone in my family said something that the mic picked up… got an idea on who that may be, but was not aware of it.
unless if its because i called Crater a dick that was mostly joking around and didn’t mean it to heart.
If an admin isn’t on another way to report a player is to use our misconduct report on here (website) and we will chase it up but other then that i haven’t seen you on although i don’t think our time zones match in anyway.

the ban is actually from 10/04/2018 at 7:59 PM for Rule #13 for 1d - Verbal abuse.
