EXACT IN-GAME NAME: Doncasta
(Yes, we will know if you attempted to change your name, all aliases are bound to your steam account. Provide the name you were using when you were banned.)
APPROXIMATE DATE AND TIME OF THE BAN: 4/17/21 roughly 11:35 AM
THE SERVER YOU WERE ON WHEN YOU WERE BANNED: NAK#1 | I&A | Altis
ANY EXPLANATION OR JUSTIFICATION FOR WHY THE BAN SHOULD BE LIFTED:
I joined the server on a pilot slot, went into TS, and joined the Pilots channel. I play for about 30 minutes before getting kicked off the server due to me supposedly not being in the server. I check TS and realize that my names aren’t matching in TS and Arma. I change my name, hop back in the server, and am almost immediately banned.
I spoke with TEXN and he shows me proof that he had warned me a few times before kicking me, however I never saw the warnings show up, which is why I continued to play. I was then told to make an appeal on the forums.
I do have screenshots of me joining the TS prior to getting in any aircraft and changing my name properly after I was kicked, which I can upload if requested.
One can only proceed with what is presented. In this case, you claim you were on TS. However, you state your player name did not match your TeamSpeak name. I hailed you directly in the game for approximately 20 minutes, before kicking you and placing a ban. Your claims to the contrary, the record reflects my efforts and your unresponsive nature. The the exact moment of your being kicked, you were rearming/refueling and starting another takeoff/sortie.
This picture shows me going into the TS server and joining the pilots slot (I am central time, therefore an hour behind you)
It also shows that my name was Czar when I joined the server, which admittedly was my mistake but I did correct it after being kicked.
After being kicked, I change my name on TS to reflect my name in game.
For some reason, TS logs only show the times, rather than the dates.
However, this picture of me joining the Admin help channel correlates with my time of getting banned, and then joining the admin help channel at which time you came and spoke to me, if you remember our conversation at that timestamp (Keeping in mind the time zone difference):
