4 . Name of the admin, and approximate time of ban and the server you were banned from. VileAce some time on the 16th, as a Brit, i’m not overly familiar with American timezones (or sensitivities it may seem)

I am a long time player with a record of good conduct on other servers, until now my alias was not brought into question.
I now appreciate that NAK works a little differently and my play style should be adjusted to suit.
and finally my apologies go out to any and all that were offended as a result of my actions throughout that snippet of gameplay

I had a chat with Lorenzo and Walker via team speak today 16th, who explained the situation with me in a little more detail in a very professional manner.

I have now come to realise that the name I was using at the time (fentanyl) was unacceptable, have since changed to another alias and will not use my previous on your servers.

prior to this occurring (back on the 13th) i tried to join teamspeak to get a handle on what was going on and unintentionally became somewhat verbally… difficult, I would like to apologise to the member involved, assure this will not recur, and I hope to continue to enjoy your servers.

You were not permanently banned for the names, though at any time you could have read the server rules to understand the problem. You were banned permanently after you came into TS and told an admin to “F” off and that NAK squad (“our”) shit sucks. Saying that you “unintentionally became somewhat verbally… difficult” is a clear misrepresentation of the facts, and I will never remove a ban for an individual that does not own up to their mistakes.

At this point the ban will remain.

Thank you for your response VileAce, It has in fact jogged my memory somewhat with regards to the Teamspeak incident for which I can only offer an unreserved and sincere apology for to the Admin which I spoke to in exactly the manner you quoted, I’m not trying to weazel out of this. I take responsibility for my decisions, in this case a particularly poor and offensive one.

Following on from attempting to make amends and own up to the issues that occurred during the night, may I ask what further steps there are with regards to getting back up and online again? I’m really no fan of Life or KoTH!

I am changing the ban to a 7d ban from the time of the initial ban was placed, meaning the ban will be in effect until 01/22/2019 1:21 AM EST (5 days). Please understand that any future bans for verbal abuse or for inappropriate names will be met with a permanent ban.
