I am not sure why I was banned. The screenshot is attached. I guess it says permanent for a repeated TK. I almost never play on the server, therefore I don’t know why I would get banned… I logged in at one point, worked fine and could select my spot. Then logged out rq to change my name and it then said I was banned. Please advise.

There is no ban in our system for your account. Can you provide a screenshot of the message that is displayed making you believe you are banned?

Which server were you trying to connect to? I checked each of our 3 main servers and was not able to find any bans.
