Repair/Analyze not available after heavy lift

I’ve had issues being able to repair/analyze my own chopper. The common thread “seems” to be it happens after performing a heavy lift. Most frequently i’m flying the Armed Hellcat, Armed Orca, or Armed Mohawk.
