Suggest Updating Admin App Requirements Template

Good day all
Making a quick unplanned post to suggest updating the Admin Application Requirement template in regards to: https://www.naksquad.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1090&p=4112#p4112
I know it may not seem like an urgent thing at the moment but if players do have the minimum amount of hours yet they’ve only been on the server(s) for about 30 days and they wish to become an admin, now they must wait an additional 60 days when it doesn’t seem to specifically say that unless told otherwise.
Should the template be updated to help with this confusion for new players in the future? Ensuring that those who do intend to put in an application are in fact a committed member of NAK Squad and don’t have to be hard on themselves if they don’t have the required amount of days/hours to display their commitment of being an Admin.

For example:
Must Be 18.
Must have TeamSpeak 3 with working mic and speakers or headset.
Must have at least 80 hours on NAK servers.
No bans on NAK Squad servers.
No kicks on NAK Squad servers within 90 days. (Is this the requirement of being committed to NAK Squad servers for 30/60-90 days?)
Must be active and in good standing on NAK Squad servers for 90 days.
Or
Must be active on NAK Squad servers for more than 30-90 days.
Or
Must have a minimum of 60 days on NAK Squad servers w/o kicks in the last 90 days.
Or
Must have a minimum of 60-90 days on NAK Squad servers to ensure commitment.
Must Speak English.
Respectful, Trustworthy, Fair, Humble, Impartial, Diligent, Conscientious, Ethical, Dignified, Disciplined and Prudent.

Something along those lines.
Now I’m not certain if this has anything to do with any players individuality or just how the community runs things.
But if someone displays the qualities and commitment to be an admin, whereas someone who is not ready to take on the position, would they both have to wait for an additional 60 days? Even if they both meet the requirements and minimum amount of hours?
Let me know what you all think.
Hope to see you in-game.

The requirements are correct. They are the minimum requirements. Every situation is going to be different. As I said in the topic referenced “. I would like to see a longer commitment to the community”, but that is not required. The reason for the wait in the case of the individual in question is, he would not be accepted as of right now due to the other issues with his application. The only reason that I would reconsider is more time without any negative indicators. I see a positive improvement, but because the individual has only been around a few weeks, the length of time is not long enough to know the nature of the person. The individual is welcome to keep the application active and I will make my decision based on the information presented.

But if someone displays the qualities and commitment to be an admin, whereas someone who is not ready to take on the position, would they both have to wait for an additional 60 days? Even if they both meet the requirements and minimum amount of hours?

Right now I decide based on feedback from other admins, and my own opinion, but the bottom line is it is my choice and that can be influenced by many factors.
