7. Reason for applying:
Since I began to really get into this community, I wanted to help more and more.
From helping players with answering questions and directing them to the correct path they ask for, to helping The NAK Command with designs and code and other volunteer work, I loved to do more and more as a way to help others have the best experience, for me to learn more about leading a community from the current admins as well as helping the current staff with number, skill and other resurces.
I reached a point where I can’t help more because only Admins have access to the things that I might be able to help with. Also, I hear a lot that, for some stuff, the team is understaffed, and I want to invest my free time doing something for others.
8. List any real-world experience or skills that you feel would contribute to the NAK community:
I am the IT person of a team that organizes events for teenager students that have just finished school. I do Design, Photography, Videos, E-mailing and website maintenance & Backups.
I do also work with a small film company and work as a producer assistant on some projects and must make sure that everyone/everything is in check for the Set. This helped me to improve my self working with Rules and Plans that have been set.
I do Coding for a hobby so I can invest time in learning how to work on Arma3 Backend stuff if needed the staff for it.
I am the Admin/Lead of an Online IT Magazine Design Team.
9. Estimated Activity (How active will you be as an Admin.):
Around 4h a day, 5 days a week. more or less. I am also Central European Time so I can be online when the EST admins are at work or sleep!
10. Briefly list what you believe is involved in being an Admin on NAK servers:
From teaching new players the basics of the game/Server Rules keeping a positive and friendly atmosphere between the player base, enforcing the Rules fairly and keeping an eye for reporting bugs to keep the playground clean for the players, making sure to be a role model for the players and present NAK on its best image.
Also do all the hard work behind the science from replying to player requests to preparing NAK Tac Missions, reviewing everything in Battle eye and making sure the players don’t get a bad experience.
And Last and most important thing is to stay motivated doing all the work and do it correctly.
11. Provide any other information that might help us decide why you should be an Admin:
Players lately think that I am an Admin, and when I say that I am a normal Player they say that I should be Staff on NAK. So here I am
